Both of these products are exactly the same except CFILE comes with us! for 1-day's on-site training (travel included) - while the training for VISION+ is done on-line over the Internet. Also, support is free for CFILE while for VISION+ the cost is $1.00 per minute after the first 30 days. Quite frankly we recommend that unless you are new to computers (or an Optical dispensary) you get VISION+. In any event both products offer these same features.....
